Don’t leave First Nations traditions behind:
They will always accompany you;
They will always help you.

Just for a bit leave the noisy confusion behind:
Be quiet!
Listen!

In the silence you will hear Our ancestors
Telling us sacred stories.

It is quiet and peaceful.
