We’re a little late for International Dog Day (August 26), but these dogs – who play a central role at kâniyâsihk Culture Camps – deserve the extra attention for all the ways they contribute to Cree cultural and linguistic reclamation. Who’s a good dog?

Interesting, I’m hoping to be involved in something like this for my future. I’m trying to create my first dog sled, but it’ll be great now that I hear of a National Dog Day. I’ll keep you posted. ay háy
