Mika Lafond and Indigenous Story Institute have just shared news of this event that we can all join by Zoom Fridays from November through March (check the poster for exact dates). Cree storytelling sessions will share âcimowina run Friday afternoons from 1-3pm (Saskatchewan CST), Cree storytelling sessions. Kevin Lewis kicks off the series on November 4th; sessions run through March, and you’re bound to recognize names of many respected Cree language warriors on the list. What a great opportunity to experience oral culture 21st-century style, to help reclaim language and culture!
