In his first summer of retirement (and our first summer of post-Covid freedom), Solomon Ratt squeezed in even more amazing hiking adventures than usual. Today’s post card is from Havasu, in the Grand Canyon, where he and Rhythm Ratt Shannon Dumba managed to combine hiking, singing, Cree language learning, photography and the moon, all in one magical moment. (I’m fairly certain there was some laughter in there, too.) Thanks to Shannon for the “jingle” made up on the fly – well, technically, made up on the hike uphill, before flying off on the helicopter tour! Thanks for the post card!
