A fabulous term for describing powwow dancers from Albert Cowley, Blanche Cowley Head ohtâwîpana (Blanche’s late father). There’s a powwow going on in her home community today, and we send good wishes to her and her husband, Dean Head who are probably out there shaking the earth themselves at this very moment.
