Rehumanizing Wellness Methods & Indigenous Legal Orders: Revitalizing Matrilineal Knowledge

Since the announcement of her doctoral dissertation earlier this month, Dr Sylvia McAdam has been hinting at a conference to follow, inviting people from across disciplines and across Canada to join together in understanding and moving forward with the ideas presented there. She writes:

Truth before reconciliation is a difficult but necessary conversation. The October “Rehumanizing Wellness Methods & Indigenous Legal Orders: Revitalizing Matrilineal Knowledge” offers a timely space to hold that conversation and to remind all people that matrilineal knowledge remains a pillar of Indigenous Nations across these lands.”
