Forever I will remember
as a child
when I was kidnapped from my home
to go to school elsewhere, from my home.
If I forget
I will disrespect
all the children who were lost,
all the children who were killed.
I would not show them honour
if I forget about them.
If I forget, I will be lost.
If I forget, I will lose my soul.
